AlphaLens provides algorithmic financial data, scores (including the AlphaScore™) and pre-computed AI analysis for educational and informational purposes only.

AlphaLens is not an investment adviser, broker or dealer. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Scores and analyses are automated outputs that can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial adviser before investing. Past performance — including any displayed track record — does not guarantee future results.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (scraping, automated bulk access, attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or unlawful use).

Core features are free. Paid subscriptions (when available) unlock additional features and renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your card details.

AlphaLens Credits (“CR”) and any similar in-app units are virtual recognition points: they have no cash value, are not money or e-money, are non-transferable and non-redeemable, cannot be exchanged for currency or goods outside the service, and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time. The Arena and its Championship are free, skill-based competitions governed by their Official Rules: entry never requires a purchase. The Arena is currently suspended and no rewards are being awarded.

Market data is aggregated from regulatory filings and third-party providers. AlphaLens enables a provider in public production only after the operator has confirmed the required public-display and redistribution rights; a free or personal account is not treated as permission for commercial publication.

Where enabled, third-party data remains subject to the provider's terms, including the official Yahoo API terms, Finnhub terms, and the series-specific FRED terms. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and availability may be interrupted by upstream providers.

The AlphaScore™ and related algorithms, branding and site content are our property. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial research. You may not resell, redistribute or systematically extract our data or scores without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaLens is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any losses — including investment losses — arising from the use of the service or reliance on its outputs.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
